SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT IS AS EASY AS 1-2-3


  1. Download the My VivaLift!® app from the App Store (Apple) or from Google Play (Android).

  2. Create an account by entering your name and email and creating a password.

  3. Enter the verification code sent to your email (be sure to check your spam/junk folders).

YOU’RE REGISTERED!







ADDING YOUR VIVALIFT!® POWER RECLINER


Once you’ve successfully registered for My VivaLift!®, you can add a chair to your account. Be sure the Bluetooth® functionality on your device is active so that it may locate your recliner.

Once your chair is discovered, you’ll be able to select it and enter a custom name. Once the name is confirmed, the app will indicate a successful pairing. You can now start using the app to control the functions of your VivaLift!® recliner!



HOW TO ADJUST YOUR VIVALIFT!® POWER RECLINER WITH THE APP


The My VivaLift!® app has the exact same functionality as the hand control that comes with your chair. From your smartphone or tablet, you can enjoy features such as…

  • Power headrest, backrest, and lumbar
  • *Heat and massage sliders
  • Lay flat with one button
  • Standing position with one button

Just tap any button for a slight adjustment to your recliner or hold until you reach your desired position. It’s that easy!

HOW TO SHARE ACCESS TO YOUR CHAIR WITH OTHERS


With the My VivaLift!® app, you have the ability to share access to the functionality of your chair with friends, family, and caregivers.

You’ll see a “Share” icon in the upper right corner where your chair is listed in the app. Click that and enter the email address of the person with whom you’d like to share the recliner. Make sure they too have the My VivaLift!® app downloaded on their device.

They will receive a link from you, which will take them to the app and immediately grant them access to your chair. They will be able to assist you in adjusting the chair’s positions or settings from their own device.



ENJOY UP TO FIVE SAVED POSITIONS IN THE APP


The My VivaLift!® app can store up to FIVE saved positions for even more convenience. Maybe you have a go-to spot for watching TV, or reading a book, or taking a quick nap. Whenever you find a spot that’s just right, click the “SAVE POSITION” button on the app.

You can create a custom name for each position so that you can easily return to it at any time. And if you’d ever like to delete a certain position, click the symbol in the upper right corner of the position to remove it.







HOW TO DELETE A CHAIR OR REMOVE A USER


If at any point you would like to delete a recliner from your My VivaLift!® app profile, you can do so in just one quick step. Swipe left where your recliner is listed and hit the red DELETE button. It’s now removed from your profile, and you can re-add it at any time.

Same goes for a shared user. Under the Settings tab, find SHARED USER. Swipe left on the user and hit DELETE. It’s that easy!
